More Carson Faces...New and Improved

I don't like this
I am cute
Crazy hair fat face
One eyed Bart
Danny and neighbor Chad decided shoveling the roof would take forever...so why not just put the snow blower up there???
Catch that thing Danny
We are almost there...a little further
I can do this myself, says Chad
OK, Danny I could use a little help

So Danny and Chad got a great idea to put the snow blower on our roof. We literally had about 4 feet of snow up there. Several roofs in town had collapsed from the snow so Danny wanted to get it off our roof. Even with the snow blower going and Danny shoveling at the same time it took them about 4 hours.

Our roof looks great now though!!

Beth and Carson decided to have some fun in the snow
Yes, Danny is touching the roof of our house

Our little home

Here is the family room. We don't have any furniture for this huge room except the glider. It is a work in progress...let the rest of the house.
Here is our amazing bedroom. It is not a great angle. Yes the carpet, walls, toilet and both sinks in the bath are blue, but we ignore that. We have a fireplace in our room which is awesome. we have a big walk-in closet and a huge bathroom (but no tub, just shower)

The living room, including our new TV and couches. Thank you Blanding Family Practice for providing those items (and our bed, mattress, dresser, and mirror).

The rest of the house was not clean enough to take pictures of. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and family room. The kitchen is big but a little outdated. I will try to get some more pictures.

COME VISIT!!! THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM.

Snow Day, or Child Abuse?

It is January 21st and it has been snowing like crazy here in Blanding! We have like 4 feet on the ground. It snowed the entire day today. We shoveled the sidewalk 3 different times and within hours it was completely covered again. I thought it would be fun to take Carson to play in the snow. We don't have any snow clothes for him but our kind neighbor with a 2 year-old daughter let me borrow some of theirs.

I was looking for Carson's gloves, but he is so impatient he stuck his hands in the snow.Approximately 3 minutes after the first picture, this was Carson. Apparently he doesn't like the snow.

Cute boy

Some Christmas pictures of my boy

Beth turns 25 years old!!

Well, I am old. That is all there is to it. I am OK with it I suppose. We moved to Blanding on the 2nd and so we were here for my big 25th birthday. In the morning we went to the Edge of the Cedar Museum with the local archeology group. It was fun. Then in the afternoon we drove to our "local" Walmart 80 miles away and picked up a few things that we were in need of. Then we enjoyed a lovely dinner at Denny's. If it is your birthday you get a grand slam for free!!

Danny made me a delicious ice cream cake, chocolate with peppermint candy ice cream. Then we opened presents.

It was a great day!

Leading up to Christmas

My boys being elves at the festival of lights

Annual cookie decorating contest. Carson participated this year.

Christmas Caroling in the trailer, all ablaze with Christmas lights.

Baby's 1st Christmas 2009

Christmas at the Millwards was great! Everyone was there. Danny and I woke up at 3am but had to wait until 6 for Derek to get up. The anticipation was killing me! Christmas morning started around 7am and we were opening presents until like noon. They TAKE THEIR TIME!! Carson had fun opening presents. He mostly wanted to play with David's remote control car the whole time.

Christmas Eve....

What is new???

I have done a horrible job on keeping all of you interested readers updated :) Danny took all of the pictures off the computer and we have been moving so the external hard drive was packed, and now it is unpacked, but it is all the way in the other room. You can see my dilemma.

I feel like I can't post without pictures, but here I go. So what is new with us? Lets start in November....

-We went to Vernal and had Thanksgiving with my sister's family. My parents, Jodie, and Joey came also. It was a big party

-We stayed in the Millward's basement for a couple months while Danny was getting a job. It is always fun at their house. They were so helpful with Carson-tito. I always say I want my own place, but it is sad to leave.

-Danny and I went to several interviews. It was a little stressful but also really fun. It was nice to see some of the country and stay in a few nice hotels. When we went to Washington we left Carson at home with Grandma. It was so sad leaving him, but he was in good hands.

-We had a wonderful Christmas with the ENTIRE Millward family. Me and the sisters made up a great dance, I will have to post the video. We got a lot of great presents and Carson had a wonderful 1st Christmas! I will post pictures.

-WE CHOSE A JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-On January 2nd, we moved to Blanding Utah. It is a small town in the middle of nowhere. It is in the Southeast corner of Utah, surrounded by Indian Reservations. There are 3000 people in town, 8 wards, and 2 stakes.

-I had my 25th birthday on January 9th. We drove to our closest Walmart (80 miles away) and had dinner at Denny's to celebrate.

-Carson pulls himself up to standing, crawls on his hands and knees, says mama and dada, eats everything, usually sleeps from 7pm-7am (usually), feeds himself with his hands and a spoon, and has recently become a MAJOR daddy's boy.

That is a very wordy update, even if you don't read it, at least I have written it down.

I MISS YOU ALL!!!!!!!
