Wicked on BROADWAY

I can't believe we are here!!!
It is almost show time...

Right before we go into the show. There was some cool scenery behind us, but the lady we asked must not of understood that is what we are wanting a picture of.
Getting on the ferry to head home. The show was amazing, and the pizza afterward was great too. We missed our little boy. This was the longest we have ever left him.

Wednesday, September 9th was another great day for the Millwards. We dropped Carson off at our dear friend Crystal's at 9am and headed to Staten Island, New York to catch the ferry into Manhattan. Danny and I have both been wanting to see Wicked for a long time and we were finally going. We got tickets on Ebay and headed to the 2pm show.

We were definatly not disappointed!! We sat 6 seats from the stage and loved every minute of it.

I am excited to go back West (because it is best afterall) but it is so cool living 1 1/2 hours from New York City. I am so glad we came out here and got to do all of this fun stuff. I am even happier that my hubby is so great and will go on these adventures with me.

Little Carson D.

Danny was working on the bathroom so we had to give Carson a bath in the sink. Most people do this when their children are newborns. We wait until they are 6 months and 20 pounds.

My 6 month old boy

Happy Birthday Carson Daniel Millward. February 18th, 2009. 8 lb. 2 oz. Born at 9:44 am
This was taken about 10 minutes after you were born.

1 month old and oh so cute. He had his blood drawn that day for the 3rd time...so sad
22 1/2 inches long
11lb. 3 oz
15 1/2 inch head

2 months old at Uncle Dustan and Aunt Jenessa's wedding in Boise, ID. What a chubby kid.
24 1/4 inches long
15 lb. 5 1/2 oz
18 1/8 inch head

My 3 month old. First time in a swing.

4 months old. At the airport headed to Devlin and Stephanie's wedding in California. This is his 3rd plane ride, and he has driven across the country from Philly to St. George.
26 inches long
16 1/2 lbs
17 inch head
5 months old. Eating his rice cereal.

6 months old. He has betrayed his father (who is a HUGE Giants fan) wearing his Eagles gear.

We finally had Carson's 6 month check up. He is healthy as a horse and close to the same size as one too.

Weight: 20 pounds 5 oz
Height: 27 3/4 inches
Head: 17 5/8 inches

He had 4 shots which is always so sad, but he survived. Good thing his Dad was there to help him through it.

We sure love this little kid. He is so much fun. He has such a sweet personality. Defiantly mellow, but has a stubborn streak. He loves when we tickle him, sing him songs, and let him chew on paper. When he is tired he does not want to be held, just give up and put him in bed.

Some of his talents include:

-rolling
-sitting up
-sleeping through the night
-lots of babbling, smiling, and laughing
-at church he likes to stand up all by himself on the pew while holding onto the back
-drinking from a cup (while we hold it of course)
-fluent in 6 languages
-holds a bottle by himself
-eats solid foods (favorites include, bananas and pears)
-and many many more...

Smith's Playhouse

I finally went to Smith's Playhouse. I have been wanting to go since we first moved here but without a kid it is kind of weird to go. Even having just an infant is a stretch. It was really fun. I went with some of my favorite people out here in Philly.

Smith's Playhouse is this huge mansion that they filled with toys and put an amazing playground out back. It is really cool and it is
free!!

We just can't get enough

Another evening at the beach. I don't know why when didn't come here all summer. Carson still hates the water. He loves swimming pools, but is terrified of the ocean. One of these days Danny is going to throw him on a surf board and tell him to start paddling. He better get used to the water now.
